The CS20310C ISM Workstation is able to monitor and record up to 16 sec. or 25,600 hops of all signals within the 2.4-GHz ISM band. This includes Bluetooth, 802.11b, 802.11g, and HomeRF signals. Those signals can then be played back to reproduce actual operating environments in the lab. By capturing these signals in real time, the system's 300-MSample/s ADC preserves complete time, frequency, modulation, and transient information while delivering 55-dB SFDR. Simultaneous signal creation and full-band signal-capture/analysis capability is possible with the addition of the optional independent signal generator.

The CS20310C ISM Workstation boasts 100 MHz of real-time bandwidth and 4 GB of memory. It utilizes the Windows NT operating system, a high-speed Pentium processor, GPIB, and 10/100BaseT Ethernet to deliver an open workstation environment. It can be networked or operated manually, automatically, or remotely. Plus, it can be easily upgraded for wider bandwidths, additional memory, and other frequency bands. A multi-window graphical user interface (GUI) simplifies signal capture, analysis, and generation. The GUI also takes full advantage of the CS20310C's multi-instrument personalities.

Available now, this test station can be custom configured to match the needs of wireless design and production. Contact the company for configuration options and pricing information.
