A new low-price converter allows for affordable testing of new 200-pin double-data-rate (DDR) small-outline, dual-inline memory modules (SO-DIMMs). The converter works with the company's Ramcheck Plus and Ramcheck DDR Only memory testers. The 200-pin DDR converter tests PC333, PC266, and PC200 DDR modules. The tester quickly spots bad memory chips and alerts the user with a warning tone and visual signal. For current Ramcheck Plus or Ramcheck DDR Only users, the converter costs $175 and is available for immediate delivery. Special discount pricing is available for those who don't own the Ramcheck tester.
