Tailored for R&D labs and antenna, EMC, and EW test applications, the GT-2620A microwave-signal generator reportedly delivers significantly higher power levels at microwave frequencies than are available from standalone signal generators. The system is built around the 2520A high-performance microwave signal generator employing patented Accumulative High Frequency Feedback (AHFF) technology that promises excellent close-in phase noise and fast switching speeds, and the GT-1000A microwave power amplifier incorporating Spatium spatially-combining solid-state amplifier technology that touts an exceptionally wide bandwidth and low-noise amplification. Features include a bandwidth from 2 GHz to 20 GHz with an output up to +40 dBm (10W), solid-state broadband, low phase noise and low harmonics, and the amplifier output power is set directly on the signal generator.
