Expanding the company's line of oscilloscope calibrators, the 9500B claims to be the only calibrator on the market with a bandwidth of dc to 6 GHz. Offered as a single-box support solution, the instrument incorporates Active Head technology and provides all the necessary traceable signals to fully calibrate a wide range of oscilloscopes.Features include upgradeability when workloads change, hands-free calibration, simultaneous output on each of its five channels, a variable amplitude of 5 mV to 3V with 70 ps rise-time edges, auxiliary input, and traceable calibration.
