Model WT 1600 power analyzer includes the specific functions necessary for testing a wide variety power inverters. It can be configured with up to six input elements for measuring power at both an inverter's input and output; and, for inverters on a fuel cell or battery source, the analyzer can measure the dc input power simultaneously with the three-phase ac output. Each current and voltage input employs a 200 kHz digitizer to accommodate PWM and other distorted waveforms. For distributed power applications, a harmonic measurement function measures and analyzes results up to 100 orders. Power measurement ranges are from 15 mW to 150 kW and current input ranges from 10 mA to 50 ARMS. Input voltage ranges from 1.5V to 1 kVRMS and bandwidth is dc to 1 MHz. Other features include a basic accuracy of 0.1%, an Ethernet interface, 12 MB of data acquisition memory, 2.1 GB hard drive, SCSI interface, floppy-disk drive, 6.4" TFT color LCD, VGA output, and a built-in printer.
