RF Power Detector Suits Labs On A Budget

July 11, 2011
The CPDETLS-4000 RF power detector suits low-cost RF power monitoring in general lab use. With a frequency range of 10 MHz to 4 GHz, it is a zero-bias Schottky diode intended for use as a large-signal power detector.

The CPDETLS-4000 RF power detector suits low-cost RF power monitoring in general lab use. With a frequency range of 10 MHz to 4 GHz, it is a zero-bias Schottky diode intended for use as a large-signal power detector.  Input signal is +30 dBm maximum and video capacitance of the detector is 100 pF. The CPDETLS-4000 has an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and a storage temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. CRYSTEK CORP., Fort Myers, FL. (800) 237-3061.
