R&S Vector Network Analyzers Extend To 20, 40 GHz

June 17, 2013
Rohde & Schwarz’s new mid-range vector network analyzers cover frequency ranges from 100 kHz to 20 GHz, and 10 MHz to 40 GHz.

Rohde & Schwarz’s new mid-range vector network analyzers cover frequency ranges from 100 kHz to 20 GHz, and 10 MHz to 40 GHz. The ZNB20 and ZNB40, each equipped with two test ports, feature a dynamic range of up to 135 dB, suiting them for measurements on high-blocking DUTs like filters. In fact, the ZNB20 offers a large dynamic range even at its start frequency of 100 kHz, enabling precise measurements on wideband DUTs or components at low frequencies, which can be particularly important. A measurement time of 5 ms with 401 points leads to high throughput during production. Thanks to the broad electronic control range of the output level (up to 70 dB), small and large signal behavior of active components can be analyzed quickly. The analyzers have a touchscreen for intuitive, convenient operation.
