The Performance Signal Generator family is offered in two series: the microwave PSG-L series is optimized for local oscillators and the PSG-A series is optimized for analog modulation. Both series are available in 20 GHz and 40 Ghz models.The PSG series provides 20 dBm at 20 GHz and 14 dBm at 40 GHz, eliminating the need for external amplifiers. And both signal generator series have a 10 GHz carrier and a phase-noise performance of -90 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz offset and -112 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. And with option UNJ, the signal generators can provide a phase noise of -110 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz offset and -112 bDc at 10 kHz offset plus the 10 GHz carrier. Prices range from $20,000 to $42,000.
