A line of gas-cooled chambers performs thermal screening of electronic components with rapid temperature cycling between -150°C and 300°C. Chambers are available with 30-, 60-, 120- or 200-liter capacities. When using liquid carbon dioxide as a cooling agent, the chambers have a minimum temperature of -60°C. That minimum is increased to -150°C using liquid nitrogen. Chambers reach -60°C and 200°C from ambient in 12 and 26 minutes, respectively. Options include windows and cable ports.
