The Direct Customer Advantage Program from QualMark Corp., Denver, Colo., offers on-line access to timely information to support accelerated reliability testing programs. Through the program, customers can receive software downloads, software debug kits, spares kits, maintenances planners, technology “roadmaps,” updates, application-specific resources, and even technical assistance on a 24-hour basis.

QualMark designs, manufactures, and markets test systems for Highly Accelerated Life testing (HALT) and Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS) programs. The company also provides web-based courses on HALT and HASS. These include HALT Best Practices, which describes the correct methods, definitions, and practices for planning and implementing accelerated testing; Best Chamber Operation, which addresses the skills needed for setting up and running a test chamber; and Chamber Test and Configuration, which helps customers develop tests for a specific product.
