Ergonomic handles are now featured on the company's miniature precision hand tools. Called Pollicis, these handles are named for the series of muscles between the thumb and forefinger and are made from a thermoplastic polymer with anti-static qualities. Each handle has eight fluted finger grip zones that run 2" vertically down the handle body into a 7/16" diameter nose, and incorporates a 1/2" high finger stop that is claimed to reduce hand fatigue and cramping while ensuring optimum grip.
The tools feature the company's patented swivel top and a matte black molded top. The new handles are available with a chuck-type blade holder allowing all of the company's blades to be interchanged.
