Options include a choice of standard dual or common cathode configurations and aluminum nitride or alumina isolation materials. The QRD3310001 and QRC3310001 with aluminum nitride isolation handle 86A at 80°C while the QRD3310002 and QRC3310002 specify 60A at 80°C, also with aluminum nitride isolation.
