Expanding the company's family of driver amplifiers, the MAAMSS0070 is described as a high dynamic range, low-noise, single-stage driver amp for general-purpose applications in wireless infrastructure. These include mobile basestation transceivers, cellular repeaters, WiMax/WiBro customer premises equipment, medical, and test equipment. Operating frequency range is from 250 MHz to 3.8 GHz, and the amp can be optimized for specific frequency bands through the use of external matching components. Built on the company's GaAs MESFET process, features include an output level of +22 dBm and a gain of 12 dB at 2.14 GHz.
