Expanding the ADS5546 family of a/d converters, the 14-bit ADS5547 and 12-bit ADS5527 deliver up to 210 Msamples/s with a SNR up to 73.3 dBFS and a SFDR of 85 dBc with a 70-MHz input frequency. Both devices come in 7 mm x 7 mm leadless packages. Other shared features include programmable power scaling, power dissipations of 1W core and 1.2W total, integrated sample and hold, parallel CMOS and DDR LVDS output options, selectable output timing and level control, internal or external references, operation from a 3.3V analog and digital supply, and an industrial temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
