The family consists of 17 devices, each of which comes in a D2Pak housing. Maximum drain-current ratings range from 36A to 75A and on-resistances are specified from 2 m? to 26.5 m?. All devices in the family are Q101 qualified and rated for both single-pulse and repetitive avalanche up to their maximum junction temperature of 175°C. Prices start at $2.35 each/10,000.
