Simon Favre is a Technical Marketing Engineer in the Design to Silicon division at Mentor, a Siemens Business, supporting and directing improvements to the Calibre YieldAnalyzer and CMPAnalyzer products. Prior to joining Mentor, Simon worked with foundries, IDMs, and fabless semiconductor companies in the fields of library development, custom design, yield engineering, and process development. He has extensive technical knowledge in DFM, processing, custom design, ASIC design, and EDA. Simon holds BS and MS degrees from U.C. Berkeley in EECS.
