CSR has qualified its Bluetooth firmware to the latest version of the Bluetooth specification, Version 2.1 + EDR, which supports an enhanced data rate of up to 3 Mb/s.

CSR has qualified its Bluetooth firmware to the latest version of the Bluetooth specification, Version 2.1 + EDR, which supports an enhanced data rate of up to 3 Mb/s. Other enhancements in the specification make it easier to find and connect with other Bluetooth devices, and make connections more secure and power efficient.
