Custom Harnesses Fit Automotive Applications

Produced in virtually any configuration using 6 to 32 gauge wires with various insulations and acoustical foams, cable ties, connectors and mounting rose buds, these automotive wire harnesses are 100% electrically tested and include full quality control documentation with P-PAP traceability. The harnesses are tooled for connectors such as those produced by Packard, Yazaki, Sumitomo, AMP, and Molex. And fully automated strip and termination with crimp force monitoring is provided, along with custom packaging, kitting, and bar coding if needed. Pricing depends upon configuration, quantity, and custom requirements. Quotations are provided after consultation and prototyping. Small production runs can be accommodated.
