Fujitsu chooses ARM Cortex technology for automotive applications

Fujitsu Microelectronics Europe GmbH (www.fujitsu.com/emea) has signed a licensing agreement with ARM (www.arm.com) to use the ARM Cortex-R4F processor in automotive applications including safety and chassis.

Fujitsu Microelectronics Europe GmbH has signed a licensing agreement with ARM to use the ARM Cortex-R4F processor in automotive applications including safety and chassis. The agreement also includes the ARM AMBA Designer tool and ARM CoreSight technology for on-chip debug and real-time trace.
