Honda Access Europe opts for custom Garmin navigation device

Honda Access Europe N.V. (www.honda-access.com) has selected Garmin (www.garmin.com) to supply compact navigation devices for six different Honda models, including the Civic (3 door and 5 door), Accord Sedan, Accord Tourer and CR-V.

Honda Access Europe N.V. has selected Garmin to supply compact navigation devices for six different Honda models, including the Civic (3-door and 5-door), Accord Sedan, Accord Tourer and CR-V.

The custom unit, with an integrated power supply, is based on Garmin’s nuvi 360. It comes with a vehicle-specific dashboard mount and a matching cap that hides the mount when the device is removed. The unit can function as an MP3 player, audio book player and picture viewer as well as a navigation device, and it contains a preloaded Honda database to help drivers find their nearest dealer.
