ISSI offers 128 Mb DDR DRAM for automotive applications

Integrated Silicon Solution Inc. (www.issi.com) has introduced its first x32 DDR, the 128 Mb IS43R32400A.

Integrated Silicon Solution Inc. has introduced its first x32 DDR, the 128 Mb IS43R32400A.

"DDR DRAMs are now part of the low- to medium-density DRAM space," said Sanjiv Asthana, ISSI vice president of sales and marketing. "The IS43R32400A is our first x32 device in a broad range of DDR DRAMs we plan to offer, in a variety of densities and temperature ranges, including automotive.

The 2.5 V device is organized as 4Mx32, has an 8 K refresh, and runs up to 200 MHz, providing data transfer of up to 1.6 Gb/s.
