    Spansion Inc. (www.spansion.com) said Siemens VDO Automotive AG (www.siemensvdo.com) has selected Spansion as a key flash memory products supplier for powertrain applications.

    Spansion Inc. said Siemens VDO Automotive AG has selected Spansion as a key flash memory products supplier for powertrain applications. Spansion supplies Siemens VDO with several models of its floating-gate, burst-mode NOR Flash memory devices, which are optimized for automotive powertrain applications, including engine management and transmission control.
