Expanding the firm's line of VXI test system products, Model 4152A 6-1/2-digit digital multimeter (DMM) occupies one C-sized VXI slot and combines dc and ac current and voltage measurement, as well as 2/4 wire ohms, frequency and dc ratio measurements. The board also offers limit testing, averaging, speed/resolution tradeoffs, and fast function changes to provide the test system throughput needed in modern test environments. At 6-1/2 digits the 4152A can take up to six readings per second with up to 0.0019% accuracy, or at 4-1/2 digits can take up to 1000 readings per second with up to 0.012% + 20 µV accuracy.
