Delivering on the promise of bringing fast Internet access to small business and residential users, the company has launched three complete ADSL reference design kits for bringing high-speed communications to multimedia products, such as PCs, external modems, gateways, and set-top boxes. The kits allow OEMs to build low-cost, high-performance devices that enable high-speed Internet access. Each design kit ships with the company’s AD20msp930 ADSL chipset and supports industry standards and networking protocols. Included with full support during the development phase, the kits can be used to build modems supporting PCI, USB or 10BaseT/Ethernet. And each kit includes an evaluation board, schematics, board layout, bill of materials, documentation, software, install program, configuration, GUI and diagnostics tools, NDIS5 device driver, firmware for AD20msp930 DSl modem and firmware for the USB and/or Ethernet network processor.
