Able to handle boards up to 14" x 20" in size with components up to 2" tall, the Pinnacle 500R rework station is designed specifically for reworking µBGAs, BGAs and QFPs. The entry-level system aligns, places and reflows SMT components.Included with the rework station are many features found on more costly systems, including independent heating nozzle and vacuum pick-up tube, comprehensive thermal cycle libraries and look-up/look-down split image component placement.
