Promising reliable, secure connections in a compact form factor, the M8/M12 sensor connector system targets industrial machinery and factory automation markets. Single-end terminated cable assemblies employ an over-molded construction with a choice of PVC or PUR cables in 2m to 10m lengths. Within the M12 cable assembly range, additional options include screening and LED indication. Panel-mount connectors are available with a choice of solder-cup or PCB termination. A range of field-serviceable connectors is also on board for on-site rewiring. All M8/M12 components offer a minimum of IP67 protection. Additional options include B & D coded M12 products, alternatives for panel-mount connectors, and double-ended cable assemblies. TYCO ELECTRONICS, Harrisburg, PA. (800) 522-6752.
