cPCI Serial Board Features Rear I/O

The company's eight-channel, CompactPCI high-speed serial board features rear I/O and is said to be ideal for industrial control, military, and test and measurement applications. The board routes all RS-232 signals, CTS, RTS, Rx, and Tx for all eight channels through the J2 connector.
A rear transition module that routes all signals to sixteen 10-pin headers is also provided. The eight high performance UART channels are fully compatible with 16C550-type devices. All software drivers are included. Price is $1,695, which includes the 80 mm transition module with sixteen IDC connectors.
