Poised for mobile phone and PDA applications, the MoBL dual-port RAMs lay claim to being the industry's lowest power devices in their category. Typical operating current is 15 mA at 1.8V, and standby current is 2 µA. The devices support 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3V I/O voltages and are available in densities up to 256 Kb. They deliver access times as fast as 35 ns and data rates of over 200 Mb/s per port. An 8-bit bus width option is available to reduce trace routes and simplify board layout. Five devices in the family, the CYDM256A16, CYDM128A16, CYDM128A08, CYDM064A16, and CYDM064A08, offer configurations of 16K x 16, 8K x 16, 16K x 8, 4K x 16, 8K x 8, respectively.
