IDC Connectors Make Auto-Insert Grade In Portable Equipment

With a top-entry design that lets them be placed anywhere on a board to provide easy connectivity, the Series ASR wire-to-board, SMT connectors offer a 1 mm pitch and an extremely low mounted height of 3.5 mm. Applications are VCRs, mobile telephones, portable CD and MD players, notebook computers, and more. Positions are 2 to 20 circuits, and contacts are phosphor-bronze, copper underplated with tin-lead alloy. Rating is 0.7A dc and 50 vdc.
