Said to be impervious to shock and vibration, the CPC-1400C Pentium 4 CPU cooler sports a low profile, fitting into systems below 1U with at least 5 mm of space above it. Including the heat sink and fan, the component measures 20 mm in height. It consists of two modules, the cooler and the backplate, and attaches via four spring screws. With the fan running at 5,200 rpm, thermal resistance is specified as 0.3°C/W with a typical power dissipation of 60W. Additionally, the CPC-1400C is compatible with all ATX, MicroATX, FlexATX, ITX, and Mini-ITX motherboards, as well as industrial PICMG, EBX, CompactPCI, and custom single-board computers.
