Handling a maximum material size of 230 mm x 330 mm, the MiniContac S galvanic, through-hole plating system easily fits on a desk or benchtop and integrates into existing PCB prototype manufacturing processes. The system can plate an unlimited number of holes and promises reliable plating quality for double-sided and multilayer prototype boards, breadboards, and test adapters. It is capable of plating aspect ratios up to 1:5, resulting in plated through-holes as small as 0.4 mm in boards 59 mils thick. Additionally air and drain water analysis are provided and all consumables are maintenance free. For further information, contact Timoree Leggett at LPKF, Wilsonville, OR. (503) 454-4233.
