The 6700-TC Series of rack-mountable industrial drawer is designed to hold a large, 13.8" display with screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels, as well as a keyboard. Overall, the package provides a Windows 95-compatible keyboard, touch-pad pointing device, and an active matrix color flat panel VGA monitor in a single pull-out drawer unit. When installed in any standard 19-inch industrial rack, the drawer requires only 3.5" of rack height. The unit dimensions are 3.5" high x 19" wide x 15" deep, with the system requiring a 110 or 220 vac power source and consuming 25W. The unit is said to be well-suited for use in industrial conditions by virtue of its sealed keypad and its keylock security to prevent unauthorized access on the factory floor. For users desiring to control several PCs within the same rack, the unit can be attached via expanders.
