PXI Scanner/Multiplexer Eases Testing Applications

Dec. 1, 2000

Designed primarily for test applications, the GX6264 is a high-density, 6U PXI switching card with 128 single-ended or 64 differential switching channels. The board provides a maximum switchable voltage of 250 Vdc, a switchable current of 0.5A, a frequency bandwidth of 20 MHz, and a maximum contact resistance of 0.15W.
With multiple buses, the board is said to be suitable for automatic test equipment and other test applications where UUT signals must be switched to several test instruments.
