The TGR6000 10-Mhz to 6-GHz RF signal generator is promoted as both simple and intuitive to use. Output level ranges from -110 dBm to +7 dBm, adjustable in 0.1dB steps, and frequency resolution is 10 Hz with an internal time-base stability better than 1 ppm. An external reference can be used where higher accuracy is required and compensation tables can be loaded in order to calibrate an entire test set up.
