The PCH relay's slim design minimizes board space. It uses silver-tin oxide contacts in a 1 form C (SPDT-NO) arrangement. The normally open contacts are rated at 5 A resistive at 277 V ac or 30 V dc. The normally closed contact set is rated at 3 A. The relays suit industrial and commercial applications, such as HVAC equipment, household appliances, and industrial automation and machinery. While the nominal coil power requirement is 400 mW, dc coils are available for 5 to 48 V. Allowing operation up to 155°F, a UL Class F insulation system is standard. The enclosure is available in a sealed or flux-tight version. Pricing for PCH relays with a 12-V dc coil and a sealed enclosure is $0.79 in 1000-piece quantities. Discounts are available for larger quantities.
