Designed for applications in portable equipment and in telecomm, datacomm and test equipment, the 312BE temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TXCO) measures just 7 mm x 5 mm x 2 mm and is designed for SMT assembly. The low-profile device has a ceramic base and metal cover.Frequency range is 12,600 MHz to 19,800 MHz. Frequency tolerance at 25°C is -0.5 ppm to +0.5 ppm. Stability is -2.5 ppm to +2.5 ppm from -20°C to 75°C. The surface-mount TCXO requires 2.85V to 3.15V. Output is a clipped sinewave with minimum peak-to-peak level of 0.8V. Input current is 2 mA maximum.
