A new series of pluggable terminal blocks and headers are available with 3.5- or 3.81-mm pin spacing and with a quick connect/disconnect capability that makes equipment using the blocks easier to service. The CTF Series plugs and CTM Series headers are both available in a straight plug or a screw flange configuration. The CTM headers can be keyed to prevent incorrect mating or upside down plugging. Both CTF and CTM blocks are available with 2 to 25 single mold positions. Standard color is green, but other colors are available. Current rating is 8A at 250V with pins furnished in tinned-plated bronze. Screws have a double captive design and are made of a nickel-plated copper alloy. Delivery time for the terminal blocks is 4 to 6 weeks ARO and pricing is $0.41 per matched position/1000.
