For high-performance applications, the VMIVME-7807, a 6U single-slot VMEbus single-board computer, supports a 1.8 GHz Pentium M processor with up to 1.5 GB of DDR SDRAM. Additionally, the board provides one PCI-X, 66-MHz PMC expansion slot, dual Gigabit Ethernet, and up to 1 GB of compact flash memory. It actually offers two distinct dual Gigabit Ethernet configurations: one port is routed to the front panel and the other is routed to the rear P2 connector. The second configuration has both ports routed to the rear P0 connector to support VITA 31.1 backplanes. Operating system support for the board includes Windows 2000/XP, QNX, Linux, and VxWorks.
