Designed for wireless products, such as microwave radios and very-small-aperture terminal (VSAT) link systems, the FL145 dual-synthesizer module features a 125-kHz frequency step-size,-70-dBc spurious noise, and a double-sideband phase noise of less than 0.2° rms. It is configurable in any 700-MHz band and includes two independent X-band source outputs for transmit and receive functions. Frequency range is from 9.5 to 10.9 GHz, stability is ±3 ppm, and load VSWR ratio is 2:1.Other features for the 10" x 5" x 1.2" dual-synthesizer module include a harmonics level of -25 dBc, built-in frequency reference, and an operating temperature range of -35°C to +85°C. Voltages required for operation are ±5, +8.5 and +20 vdc. And the device has a SMA female RF interface and 40-pin DC interface.
