developed for low-noise amplifier (LNA) and oscillator applications up to 14 GHz, the NE52418 GaAs, HBT FET LNA is suitable for use in DBS, WLAN, WLL and other L and S band receivers. Typical performance features when used as a DRO at 14.35 GHz include a phase noise of -65 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz offset and 105 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. POSC is +5 dBm at 2.8V/20 mA and +7 dBm at 2.8V/30mA. When used as an LNA, noise figure is 1 dB typical at 2V/3 mA and typical gain is 16 dB at 2V/3 mA. Available in a four-pin 18 package, price is $0.69 each/100,000.
