Frequency coverage from 0.5 to 18 GHz in industry-standard octave bandwidths is provided by the MDC6200 series of miniature directional couplers. The devices carry coupling values of 6 dB, 10 dB, 20 dB, and 30 dB. All units provide low VSWR and high directivity over the temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. Topology is etched stripline enclosed in an RF shielded, machined housing. Standard connectors are SMA stainless steel female that meet the requirements of MIL-PRF-39012. Most of the miniature couplers are form, fit, and function equivalents to those of other leading manufacturers. Call for pricing and more information.
