The RTFQ1 and RRFQ1 miniature FM radio modules provide high performance radio data links at 433.92 MHz and have no adjustable components. Manufactured using laser-trimmed, thick-film ceramic hybrids, the modules exhibit stable electronic characteristics over a temperature range of -25°C to 80°C. By combining the RTFQ1 transmitter and RRFQ1 receiver, users can implement a single RF link with an in-building range of up to 250' and 800' on open ground. The modules can also achieve data rates of 4.8 Kb/s from any standard CMOS/TTL source. Because of their compact size (20 mm x 11 mm x 4 mm and 38 mm x 18 mm x 4 mm) and low-power requirements (7 mA), the modules suit battery-powered one-to-one and multi-node systems, such as hand-held terminals, EPOS, inventory tracking, and car security. Quantity prices start at $9. OKW ELECTRONICS, Bridgeville, PA. (412) 220-9244.
