Omni Directional Dipole Is Fixed Dipole Alternative

July 1, 1999
Designed to replace the standard rubber ducky or whip antenna on wireless telephone terminals or data devices, the PCD800V 3-dBi omnidirectional dipole antenna allows the subscriber to place the antenna in a remote location for better signal strength.

Designed to replace the standard rubber ducky or whip antenna on wireless telephone terminals or data devices, the PCD800V 3-dBi omnidirectional dipole antenna allows the subscriber to place the antenna in a remote location for better signal strength. The antenna has a power handling capability of 10W. It is vertically polarized with an elevation pattern of 60° and 360° in azimuth. The antenna comes with 4 meters of cable and is available for frequency bands of 824 to 896 MHz (cellular), 1850 to 1970 MHz (PCS) and 2.4 to 2.5 MHz (spread spectrum).
