Covering all frequency bands from 800 MHz to 2.7 GHz, the AD8349 I/O quadrature modulator is designed for direct up-conversion tasks in CDMA, W-CDMA, GSM Edge, and TDMA transmitters. The device features a noise floor of -156 dBm/Hz and a P1 dB output-compression point at +5 dBm. Quadrature accuracy is 0.2 dB with a phase balance of 0.5° and sideband rejection is specified as -42 dBc. Other features include an I/Q baseband bandwidth up to 200 MHz and pin-compatibility with the company's AD8346 and AD8345. Available in a 16-lead TSSOP, operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
