Designed to drive two-stage power amplifiers, the UPC8182TB is a RFIC driver amp with an upper operating frequency of 2.9 GHz at 3 dB bandwidth, making it suitable for a variety of mobile communications applications. The device also offers 30 dB isolation to minimize a power amp's loading effects. Other key specifications include a supply voltage range of from 2.7V to 3.3V and a circuit current of 30 mA typical at 3.0V. Housed in a miniature six-pin SOT-363 package and available on tape-and-reel for high volume automated assembly, the RFIC is priced at $0.91 each/12,000.
