245.760 MHz CCSO Generates True SineWave Output

Aug. 29, 2013
245.760 MHz CCSO provides ultra-low jitter/phase noise performance with true SineWave output.

The CCSO-914X-245.760 from Crystek Crystals is a 245.760 MHz SAW clock oscillator (in single frequency band), designed using proprietary circuitry and SAW resonator technology to provide ultra-low jitter/phase noise performance with true SineWave output. The resulting oscillator features -150 dBc/Hz phase noise at 10 KHz offset and a noise floor of -169 dBc/Hz. With 3.3 V and 5 V input voltage available, the device generates a true-sinewave with +8 dBm min. output power and has no sub-harmonics (second harmonic is -20 dBc typical). Applications include ADCs, system clocks for network clock generators/synchronizers, clocks for DDS, test and measurement, avionics, point-to-point radios and multi-point radios. Operating from -40°C to +85°C, and contained in a 9 x 14 mm SMT package, the CCSO-914X-245.760 SAW clock oscillator is priced at $37.
