The company's custom engineered and manufactured multi-conductor cable harnesses are certified to IPC-A-620 specifications for mission critical applications. This cable harness is built on proprietary back-wired systems permitting the production of harnesses with up to 1,000 conductors. The harness includes a go-no-go test on all terminations to assure 100% accuracy. A serialized printout QC document validates the integrity of each conductor. Hand soldered in accordance with MIL-S-45743, MIL-STD-1460 and MIL-STD-2000, the harness is packaged per MIL-STD-129 and conforms to MIL-I-45208A.
