The series 4707 compact fused inlets come with single- or double-pole slotted screw-type fuse holders for 5 mm x 20 mm fuses. The two fuse holders are rated to IP65, making the inlet effective for applications in medical, industrial and test environments, where equipment is exposed to dust and liquids. The fuse holders are also classed as PC2, according to IEC/EN 60127-6, requiring that they guard against accidental shock when the fuses are being changed. The 4707 can be screw-mounted from the front or rear of a panel. Wire terminations are 6.3 mm quick-connects or solder ready. The inlet is designed to comply with EN 60320-1/C14, and is available in class I. Class II can be ordered without a ground pin by request. Maximum power acceptance at ambient air temperature (Ta=23¡C) is 2 x 1.6W. The module is rated at 250V/10A and is VDE and cURus approved. Pricing is $5.82 each/500. SCHURTER INC., Santa Rosa, CA.
