The CVCO55CXT-6900-6900 Coaxial Resonator Oscillator (CRO) coaxial-based VCO with a proprietary frequency doubler operates at 5.8 GHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5 Vdc to 4.5 Vdc.

The CVCO55CXT-6900-6900 Coaxial Resonator Oscillator (CRO) coaxial-based VCO with a proprietary frequency doubler operates at 5.8 GHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5 Vdc to 4.5 Vdc. It features a typical phase noise of -100 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and an output power of 2 dBm into a 50? load with a supply of +8 Vdc and a current consumption of 35 mA maximum. In an industry-standard 0.5” x 0.5” package, pushing and pulling are 1.5 MHz/V and 0.5 MHz, respectively, and second harmonic suppression is -30 dBc typical. CRYSTEK CORP., Fort Myers, FL.
