Available in surface-mount leadless ceramic packages, S1903 and S1950 Series crystal-controlled, low-current HCMOS clock oscillators operate up to 125 MHz in a 5 x 7 mm package. Frequency ranges are 50 to 125 MHz for the S1903 and 80 to 125 MHz for the S1950 to cover the latest 106.25 MHz fibre channel and 125 MHz Gigabit Ethernet designs. These oscillators operate at 3.3V and 5V, respectively, and are well-suited for applications in PCs, PCMCIA cards, disk drives, and portable applications.
